OEG Offshore’s Module Manufacturing facility in Dyce, Aberdeen has successfully designed, manufactured and built three 20ft A60 modules to DNV 2.7-1 in just 10 weeks.   They were manufactured for a new customer based in the Middle East and are on their way to Abu Dhabi to support their offshore survey projects. 

All three modules have been designed as ROV Control / Workshops, optimising workspace efficiency for personnel as well as meeting environmental and acoustic requirements.  Two of the 20ft units are classed as A60 Safe Area and built to DNV 2.7-1 and the remaining unit is A60 Zone 2 (ATEX Cat3 compliant) and built to DNV 2.7-1.
