We supply a full range of flexible and high quality DNV 2.7-1 and EN 12079 containers, cargo baskets, waste units, tanks, A60 cabins, workshops and refrigerated containers to major African focused oil and gas operators, drilling contractors and oilfield service companies on a sale or rental basis from facilities in Luanda, Port Harcourt, Accra and Takoradi. Through our local partner network we provide robust CCU solutions for the African oil and gas markets. With access to over 200 individual certified CCU designs we can support customers' need across the wider West African region, including Côte D'Ivoire and Sierra Leone, offering value and a breadth of service that are second to none.


OEG Offshore has been present in the Gulf of Mexico since 2010, in Trinidad from 2013 and in the last few years, Guyana. Over this time OEG has developed a regional reputation for excellence in the supply of offshore cargo units and support of our customers. We have continued to develop our fleet and range of units which has provided us with the opportunity to extend our products to a wider customer base, both in the rental and sale of DNV 2.7-1 / EN 12079 cargo carrying units.

On 1st May 2017 OEG Offshore announced a merger of its OEG US business with long established Louisiana based offshore cargo and logistic specialist, Paragon Industries Inc. This merger positions the enlarged combined business with a full geographic network of locations across the Gulf of Mexico region, together with enhanced engineering and service capabilities and a wider range of equipment to support our customers’ full range of requirements.

In August 2015 OEG Offshore merged with another Louisiana based oilfield equipment provider, Cameron Rental and Tank Inc (CRT).

As a result of OEG's on-going expansion of the US cargo carrying market in the last couple of years, OEG Offshore is also now capable of offering its wide range of combined products and services to deepwater and shelf customers from our locations in Fourchon, Cameron, Morgan City, Venice, Broussard & Houston.

From our regional offices in the USA, Trinidad, Guyana and Brazil we will continue to support our North and South American customers, including major energy operators and oilfield services companies, in the supply of DNV 2.7-1 containers and boxes, cargo baskets, tool baskets, workshops, open tops, half heights, cargo transporters, cylinder racks, waste units, offshore tanks, A60 Cabins and rigsafe compressors for short term and long term rental options.


To satisfy growing customer demand for quality and cost effective CCUs in the Asia Pacific region, OEG Offshore established a Singapore regional headquarters in 2009. Since its incorporation and success a network of fully stocked bases followed as part of OEG's commitment to customers in the region. With bases in Labuan and Kemaman in Malaysia, Thailand, Indonesia, Jakarta, Balikapan, Batam and Brunei, our customers have access to a range of DNV 2.7-1 offshore containers, baskets, workshops, bespoke units and offshore engineering cabins are available for sale and rental.


On 1st July 2015 OEG Offshore's Australian subsidiaries formed OEG Offshore Pty Ltd. The entities involved are OPC Australia Pty Ltd (OPC), Oilfield & Resource Rentals Pty Ltd (ORR) and Offshore Cryogenic Services Pty Ltd (OCS).The merger facilitates OEG Offshore’s ability to offer an integrated and consistent product and service offering across Australia.

OEG Offshore’s range of DNV 2.7-1 transportable offshore chemical, acid, cryogenic and helifuel (Jet A1) tanks, containers, baskets, chemical injection pumps, waste units and A60 cabins are now available across Australia for rental or sale and are complemented by a bespoke design service. OEG Offshore is also now capable of offering its wide range of services on a nationwide basis from depots located in Perth, Karratha, Broome, Darwin, Melbourne and Gippsland. Those services include third party inspections, helideck audits (CAP 437), fluid handling, specialist design and fabrication and rigging solutions.

The merger and integration shall be structured as a change of name of OPC Australia Pty Ltd to OEG Offshore Pty Ltd on 1st July 2015 at the same time as the business, trade and assets of both Oilfield & Resource Rentals Pty Ltd and Offshore Cryogenic Services Pty Ltd transfer to OEG Offshore Pty Ltd. On 1st April 2016 OEG Offshore announced Fuel Installation Services Pty Ltd (FIS) which also trades as Tank and Pump Services Pty Ltd. merged into OEG Offshore Pty Ltd. The Darwin entity has been providing transportable offshore chemical and heli-tanks for rental to many North and Northwest Australian clients for over 25 years.

Darwin's state-of-the-art facilities and large-scale capacity guarantee that customer bulk liquid transport needs are serviced efficiently, safely and cost-effectively. The focus is on quality and continual monitoring to ensure compliance with industry safety and environmental standards. Fuel Installation Services Pty Ltd, trading as Tank and Pump Services was acquired by OEG in 2013.


We have an extensive presence throughout the Caspian and Russia with the acquisition in June 2014 of OSCA Environmental Services Ltd and their operating companies in Azerbaijan and the Republic of Kazakhstan. We provide a full range of offshore containers, tipping frames and associated equipment on a sales and rental basis. A variety of EN 12079 / DNV 2.7-1 cargo units have been supplied to support customer projects in Azerbaijan, Georgia, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Russian Federation (Astrakhan, Dagestan, Kara Sea, Sakhalin), Turkmenistan and the Eastern Mediterranean.


OEG Offshore's Kintore facility in Aberdeenshire is the main site for CCU (Cargo-Carrying Unit) and A60 module sale and rental operations. The site is also equipped with a paint shop, fabrication workshop and welding facilities to carry out service and maintenance of customer units and our own rental fleet.

The UK engineering and project teams also design and build offshore modules and standard industry workspace cabins. They create innovative modular environments for working offshore, from standard engineering cabins to control rooms, equipment rooms, workshops and laboratories.

In October 2017, Harran Limited and OEG Offshore announced a major strategic collaboration resulting in a combined rental, product and service offering including a full range of DNV 2.7-1 cargo carrying units and offshore aviation services from locations in the UK and worldwide.

Harran Limited, an OEG Offshore company, provides expertise, personnel & equipment in support of offshore helicopter refuelling activities from bases in Aberdeen and Great Yarmouth. Harran also operates a rental fleet of specialist offshore tanks, all of which have been manufactured to the highest IMDG codes and the internationally recognised standards of DNV 2.7-1/EN12079/IMO 860.

These tanks are used for the carriage of Jet A-1 aviation fuel, chemicals, waste oil and potable water to and from offshore platforms, drilling rigs, FPSOs and accommodation vessels.


OEG Offshore Middle East FZE offers the sale and rental of a wide range of DNV offshore units (Cargo Carrying Units) and A60 Engineering Cabins in the Middle East region. Based in the UAE, Qatar and Saudi Arabia, the company provides local access to OEG Offshore's full range of over 300 individual certified designs of DNV offshore containers, baskets, skips, tanks, reefers, gas bottle racks, workshop containers, A60 accommodation and workspace modules across the GCC countries, Israel, Kuwait and Egypt.
