Vertec Engineering (Vertec) has strengthened its engineering team with three key new appointments.

Sohelia Boroomand will take on the role of Draughtsperson; providing design and drawing support to the project management team and interface coordination on various modular solutions. Sohelia joins Vertec from HVAC Engineering, where she was involved in HVAC design. With 12 years' experience as an Architect, Sohelia has previously worked with Consafe Engineering, gaining valuable experience on larger modular projects.

Aarti Dubey has been appointed to the position of Structural/Mechanical Engineer, having previously worked for Caterpillar (formerly FG Wilson) in Northern Ireland. Her new role will focus on developing efficient structural design solutions to minimise delivery schedules and incorporating valuable construction input on drawings for optimised fabrication modular projects.

Meanwhile, Keith Noble joins Vertec as an Electrical Engineer, having held a similar position with his former employer Ferguson Modular. Keith will be developing innovative solutions for electrical, fire and gas and instrumentation systems over the full range of rental cabins, ROV control vans, VSD / LER modules and specialist well services cabins.

OCHL's Operations Director Stuart Heggie said: “We are pleased to announce the recruitment of three key personnel whose appointments will greatly strengthen our engineering team. We pride ourselves on being at the helm of design and engineering modular solutions with international recognition in this field, and all three new employees will help to maintain this level of excellence.”
