The Singaporean subsidiary of oil services group OEG Offshore has enjoyed a successful first exhibit at OSEA 2010, Asia's largest oil and gas industry conference.

OEG Asia Pacific PTE Ltd (OEG APac) – which specialises in the design, build and rental of cabins and cargo-carrying units for the offshore oil and gas market – was one of more than 1,300 companies presenting their services and products from Tuesday until today (Friday, December 03) at Suntec Singapore in Singapore.

The four day event was attended by OEG APac's management team, including regional director John Aw, who says they experienced a high level of interest from potential clients.

He said: 'As Asia's largest and most established oil and gas event, OSEA presented us with a fantastic platform at which to showcase our services and products. We are delighted with the number of queries we received during the four day exhibition and hope to establish new working relationships as a direct result.

'Since OEG APac was launched a year ago, we have worked hard to establish the same kind of reputation that our sister company in the UK has earned – as a firm that produces quality products, delivered on time and within budget, to a geographically large clientele. As a result, we have already won a number of contracts with major operators in Southeast Asia and we are looking forward to building on this success in 2011.'
