OEG Offshore Thailand recently supported Energy Drilling's 1st Charity Rally Competition, the 'EDrill Buddy System Rally'.
Over 20 cars and drivers navigated EDrill's Rally route of more than 200kms from the 'General Prem Tinsulanonda Historical Park' in Songkhla on the East coast of Thailand to the final destination at the Anantara Si Kao Resort, Trang on the West coast.
The funds raised from the event were used to purchase educational and sports equipment for the Wat Laem Bo Tor school in Songkhla. The equipment was delivered to the school along the rally route where the participants enjoyed lunch and games with the students. The rally drivers completed the competition at the Si Kao hotel where an award ceremony was held in the evening followed by dinner and entertainment. The event raised around 40,000 Thai Baht (1,100 US Dollar) for the EDrill society.
Sirinrat Jantakan, Operations Coordinator at OEG Offshore's Songkhla Facility was a member of the rally team and a representative of OEG Offshore, one of the main sponsors.
