Its expertise in the design and build of ROV control cabins has helped Vertec Engineering (Vertec) secure two contracts worth more than £320,000 for two major oil and gas clients.
Vertec, has been awarded a significant contract by Fugro Subsea Services (Fugro) to design and manufacture two A60 ROV control cabins for use in a Zone 2 hazardous area for a project in Egypt and has also been contracted by Integrated Subsea Services Limited (ISS) to design and build two similar control cabins and a workshop for use in the UK.
Vertec's Sales Manager, Gavin Duncan, said: “We are delighted to have been awarded these two significant contracts.
